The Parade.

Redditch circa 1968,
don't hesitate,
as choice as winter,
as the big gobby snowflakes fall.

Sunshine as bright and lucky,
as the Big Issue seller
and all the Edwardian ladies,
in Andre Druckers.

Another success on the social circuit,
Toulouse-Lautrec stares down,
that beautiful serving girl,
I once photographed in Lozells.

A girl born today,
will live to be one hundred.

Lottsa skinny lattes
and on high days,
a strawberry cake,
to remember old loves.

They have a car sparking space,
for the visiting medium;
at the start of the small hill,
you will find the spiritualist church.
