Red poppies in the cornfield.

The pressed queues at the railway station.
as Dunkirk with John Mills,
the dogs and the cats,
that suffer little children.

They shout "God save the Queen"
when they let a British wizz bang go,
it is the time of blood in the snow,
someone sings a song by James Dean.

Russian mothers weep,
Ukrainian mothers weep,
the bear has over run an asylum,
I hope their is honey for tea;
and please no gas corrupted lines,
Robin Hood has picked up his bow.

Dozens of tower blocks burn like Grenfell,
sunflowers begin to grow in the fields.
